What we expect from you

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding and throughout each engagement.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • Comply with local laws, immigration rules, and partner requirements when acting on our recommendations.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, submitting an application, or otherwise using EasyLifeGhana services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any supplemental service agreements shared with you.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, abuse the platform, or create risk for other users.

3. Scope of services

EasyLifeGhana provides relocation support, concierge services, partner referrals, and digital tools designed to streamline your move or extended stay in Ghana.

Unless explicitly stated, EasyLifeGhana does not provide legal advice, act as a licensed immigration consultant, or guarantee decisions from government agencies.

4. Bookings, fees & payments

Pricing for applications, concierge bundles, or bespoke engagements will be presented before you confirm a booking. Taxes or third-party fees may apply depending on the jurisdiction and service type.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. You agree to the applicable billing terms and authorize EasyLifeGhana to charge the payment method on file for agreed services.

5. Changes, cancellations & refunds

You may request schedule changes or cancellations by contacting support. Certain services may be non-refundable once partner work has begun or government fees have been submitted.

Where refunds are available, we will process them to the original payment method minus any irrecoverable costs already incurred on your behalf.

6. Client responsibilities

Provide accurate documents and respond promptly to information requests so we can keep your case on track.

Ensure that any files uploaded to EasyLifeGhana are virus-free and that you have the rights to share them.

7. Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the platform to harass others, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with system integrity, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against violations, including disabling your account without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

All EasyLifeGhana trademarks, logos, product names, software, text, and graphics are our proprietary property or that of our licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for personal or internal business purposes. Copying or redistributing any portion without prior consent is prohibited.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we work with vetted partners, EasyLifeGhana does not guarantee specific outcomes, visa approvals, or timelines controlled by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

EasyLifeGhana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the platform or services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to EasyLifeGhana for the service giving rise to the claim within the previous twelve months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasyLifeGhana and its partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@easylifegh.com.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be handled through the competent courts located in Accra, unless another venue is required by local consumer laws.
